Are we to really believe this scene?

So in the movie some female black widow like agent is near a computer terminal and a beefy swat guy shows up near an elevator.

She runs to him and jumps and hits his leg. He falls down immediately unconscious. Wtf?

She’s like 5’2” and maybe 110lbs and looks beautiful lovely and feminine and delicate and the other guy is 6’1” and in full swat gear.

And she then grunts as she’s trying to drag him off.

Like what? I understand black widows are lethal and all but this was shot ridiculously. She should have had maybe a fast acting syringe or something or afast acting Immobilizing gas or spray or such.

While I can accept females are strong physically and some are and especially these highly trained women they still should make it believable. I thought it was lazily and poorly shot.

They should even the odds by using guiles and wiles and other apparatus like Ironman or even Batman to even odds and gain upper hand.

That would be better than the lazy poor directing.

The movie is filled with this nonsense everywhere and Natasha was not like how she was in movies. Sharp and yet skillful but not over the top unbelievable.
