Will this be woke?
That is the big question about this movie right now, Marvel started going woke over the last couple of movies will this follow suit?

I think there's no question that it will be woke. The question is can it/will it be good in spite of that? It doesn't look good. Scarlet is beautiful but was never a good fit with the character.

shareI dont know if scarlet was a bad fit, so much as her character was written all over the place. Yes in winter soldier we get the double crossing black widow, but even that's the small thing of she had a side asignment of stealing info on the ship. Even her love interest was all over the splace
sometimes she's dark and mysterious, sometimes moody, sometimes happy go lucky. and she never had an arc really
Yeah she seems to just be there for whatever plot point is needed at the moment, rather than to be a consistent, well-developed character.

It has SCARJO as lead. She is smart and has enough decency to prevent too much wokeness, unlike Camembert Larson though.
