Noon

I liked her in the beginning, but now I just find her very annoying. She seems to be one of those people that's never happy with anything no matter what others do for them.

I understand that moving to a new country is hard. I did it too, except that I didn't had anyone to hold my hand and do everything for me like she does.

I also understand that being away from her family is hard. However, that's the decision that she should've made BEFORE she came to the USA. If she's that close to her parents that she can't live away from them, then she should've told that to Kyle before he started the process.

Over the 4 seasons of this show there appears to be a lot of people who see K1 as "I'm coming to the USA to see if I like it; if I don't I can go back home". Well, technically they can, but their fiance is out of money for K1 visa, plane ticket and in Kyle's case also wedding and green card expenses.

Noon appears to be one of those people. That whole "it doesn't matter if I lose green card because I can get another one" doesn't work. The initial green card is good for 2 years only. She's not gonna get another one if she lives out of country (or even if she spends a lot of time out of country).
I'm pretty sure that if they went back to Thailand that she would still force Kyle to do everything for her.

I didn't get her reasoning either. I've lived in another country, also no hand holding, but it was temporary...even still, yes it was hard as hell to get all that stuff rolling and going. But..her logic of "well I moved to another country for him, why can't he move for me?" Uh...you didn't really if you're already trying to get him to move there! She didn't last very long. So yeah, what was their agreement? To live in the US or nah?

I mean, frankly I wouldn't mind moving to Thailand myself but that's beside the point. I think her "I can get another green card no probz" was just blowing smoke because she doesn't really intend to do that, she just wants to be back in Thailand.

In addition to this, when she came to the USA - Kyle had a stable job and was able to support both of them on his salary.
What does Noon have to offer to Kyle to move to Thailand? That he'll have a job on her parents' farm?

Yeah his reaction to the farm thing...it was like "are you serious right now"...but she seemed surprised/disappointed that he just didn't go along with it, like it's something she'd been secretly envisioning and concocting in her mind for a bit.

I can understand her wanting to leave New Orleans if they were robbed more than once, but, just hopping back to Thailand...there's some kind of communication breakdown between the two here.

He already quit is job, a good job I'm guessing to move to a different city/state that had more of a asian population for her because he wanted her happy. Now she's trying to push him, thinking he already moved once for her to go go Thailand. I don't really blame him, he's sacrificed a lot too for her not to mention the money he's spent. I kind of want him to have Noon talk to an immigration attorney to see it's not really that easy but I have a feeling she doesn't care. She wants them both to go back to her home, I'm just not sure if he'd be really happy there. I don't see him working on a farm.

MY DA HE A LITTLE BIT SICK.

Russ done fudged up. He kept opening the door, “Hey, do you want to go Thailand, huh? Would you love it if you went to Thailand, yeah?” It’s like when a baby falls down or bumps its head. Adults need to shut up. But if adults go “OOOOH! ARE YOU OK BABY? You go bumpy-bump? Awww!” then the baby all of a sudden realizes it needs to start screaming and crying.

I can’t help but think that now the mouth is on the other wang. Noon’s wang.

What exactly does Russ have to do with Noon....

Haha, you’re right. :) I guess I get those dudes confused. They’re two pale guys with ginger beards who are honorable but don’t have huge amounts of spine.

Anfisa is of the same mind. Oh, I can go to the United States, see if I like it and then go back to Russia if I don't! Anfi dear, you be wrong. Oh, and to show off your new $10,000 purse to all your jealous Russian girlfriends - riiiiight.

reply

Her Russian girlfriends are probably exactly like her. Stringing along some dumb American sucker and milking him like a Jersey cow.

You have to rememeber one thing - very few of these foreign spouses were happy in their native country, otherwise they would not jump at the chance to be seprated from all family, friends, and their education/licenses to go marry and live with a stranger they just met....

The fact they weren't happy is a red flag that, maybe, they are the type of person who won't be happy anywhere.

I'm sorry to say this but maybe Kyle should leave Noon. I know he loves her but she forced him to move out of New Orleans, quit his job and move to Portland because she would feel more safe there. He gave up a lot of her already and now she wants more. She forcing him to do something he doesn't want to do. I think if they continue this marriage, Noon won't make him happy in the long run. Kyle is a very sweet guy that could do better than her....

Noon is attractive; you ma'am RiseyRisa
are a stinking racist.

reply

What does not finding someone attractive have to do with racism...

reply

It’s a 2016 thing. Every critical remark that involves someone not labeled as “white” is racist. Get with the program.

Personally, If I were Noon I would have been on the next plane back to Thailand once I saw that disgusting apartment of Kyle's. I mean, Dude, you knew she was coming and you couldn't at least clean the dead roaches out of the refrigerator door??? ?????

reply

I totally agree. Those roaches would have sent me packing. There is no way I would have slept in the place. Noon seemed more upset with the roommate having to go through their bedroom than the fact that roaches would probably be crawling all over her all night.
