That's exactly what I thought too Italian_buju. After 4 kids, she may very well have urine leakage issues at times. And I truly don't mean to be cruel, but I wouldn't be surprised if she has hygiene issues. She doesn't appear to be someone who cleans herself properly.

My thoughts as well. That is a common condition among middle aged and older women. Mo likely has never heard of this, I don't think middle eastern cultures talk openly about body functions like this. I was thinking, but I wonder how it got on him? and then I just had to STOP because of the pictures in my brain that I cannot now unsee.
