I don't know why they're making such a big deal of this: there's nothing to stop Noon from going to Thailand for 4 months, coming back to the US for a month, going back to Thailand for 3 months, coming back to the US for 2, etc. Lots of people do this for business and family reasons. I'm not sure what her education level is, but she should look into a job that requires travel between Thailand and the US. I know they're not wealthy, but plane tickets aren't as expensive as most people think, and loyalty miles will add up. Plus they can receive mail at Kyle's aunt's house while they're in Thailand so they can maintain a residence there/be domiciled there for tax purposes.
