What on earth makes this gawky bozo with the worst afro ever think he's entitled to feel ANYTHING good or bad about his sister when it comes to her love life? I do not understand why he was giving Chantel the amount of aggro that he was. Maybe one day when he finally get's his first serious boyfriend he will understand the crazy things love will make you do. Until then River - it's hard to fathom why but the halloween store called and they want their Kid 'n Play costume back.

There's are thousands of barber shops in Atlanta. He needs to get his Paulie from Jungle Fever hair to a barber shop. When he was talking to Pedro at the barbershop when the barber said "next" River should have sat down.

They're not even trying to make this story line believable. From fake surprise on her parents' face when she told them that they're engaged to tonight's episode where Chantel and Pedro supposedly had no idea if Chantel's parents and brother are coming ...

I wonder if he thinks he’s being edgy and revolutionary with that hair. Instead of being at a basketball game, he was probably somewhere waiting for someone to comment on his hair so he could claim he was persecuted for it.

I get this weird vibe off him like maybe he always had a crush on his sister or something. That is, more of a jealousy than a protectiveness.

I honestly had thought of the same thing, regarding him having a crush. I didn't watch every episode, but I did catch a brief flashback scene when they were at the barber shop, before Chantel told the truth about wedding, and it seemed her brother was already being a dick to Pedro.
