My 4 yr old daughter kept asking me when the third one would come out and I didn't even think they were making one. Does anyone know what it will be about? My daughter thinks it will be about Gru and Lucy having a baby.

So from what I hear... It supposed to be a more minion oriented storyline. Possibly including the origin story for the minions. Thats just what I hear, nothing set in stone Im sure. I wouldn't even hold my breath about that. I think I heard that on the Screen Rant podcast.

I think that is actually the plot of the Minions movie coming out next year. They're doin a spinoff before this one comes out.

It's got Pamela Walker as the 3 girls real mother so it could be she's come back to claim them and Gru spends the rest of the movie trying to get them back.
