Is The Hateful Eight extended version on Netflix better or worse than the theatrical version?

Netflix is showing a 4 part extended cut of The Hateful Eight. Should I watch the extended version? Is it better or worse than the theatrical version? Does it include more good acting, scenes with Walton Goggins?

I frankly was not impressed with it. I prefer the theatrical ending. I found the scene where John asks Bob to finish plucking the chicken meh.
