Super inefficient method for population reduction/control

I mean where the hell are you gonna get 7 but billion bullets? If he's passionate enough to kill hundreds of people why doesnt he start with doctors and scientists? Kill an ER surgeon and you kill dozens of people, kill scientists working on cures for diseases and bam, no cure and people keep dying.

Hell, rob banks amd use the money to give free condoms to thousands of teens or donste it to abortion clinics and you'll reduce, through unborn babies, WAY more people than you could ever kill.

And id you want to really get crazy, rob enough banks to finance lobbying groups to pass a law restricting couples to only 2 children enforced by removal of the penis for any man who fathers more than 2, that population growth will stop overnight.

Im sorry but his method was just stupid, something a psycho killer thinks up and not someone trying to solve the problem on a big scale.

Also, if you want nonrich folks to join you in the fight against the rich, maybe dont massacre them by the hundreds? This guy would make a terrible dictator, they'll kill him in his sleep first night.
