I just didn't get it...

After watching the first Rampage, I was really excited to hear that part two was in the making. But after watching the sequel, I was really letdown. It wasn't as intense as the original. I actually thought the shooting scenes were weak and unconvincing. This movie seemed to be promoting a very unclear political message. I just didn't understand Bill's motive, and after a while...I didn't even care. I got bored watching Bill sit in a room, holding a bunch of people hostage. The part when the guy broke the disc...so dumb. The police officer's reaction to the entire situation was simply unrealistic. Bill's master escape plan was unrealistic. I expected more action. Wasn't really much of a "rampage".
