haha i caught that too
he does it in the first film too when he is in the barbershop killin the girls
and ever since i first saw the room ill never look at rampage the same way again

He was going "cheep cheep" to imitate bird song. The "Chip Chip" was just a variation on that.

Nice try though. Since when has Uwe Boll ever imitated a bad movie?
