Currently Mr PeanutButter is the only charcter that cares about BoJack

Aside from some hostility from the whole Diane thing he seems like the only guy that genuinely doesn't care about bad things he does. I mean what he said to Todd was an amazing insight "Bojack is a damaged individual struggling against a sea of demons" Plus the fact that the guy literally saves his life and doesn't even care when Bojack insults his dying brother. Hell! He didn't even seem to care when Bojack broke into his house and ate all his food.

It seems like if Bojack just tried to pal around with PeanutButter more he'd feel a hell of a lot less alone

I wouldn't say he's the only one who cares about Bojack but due to Me Peanutbutters happy go lucky nature it'd make sense he'd be more forgiving than the others and less often harsh when Bojack wrongs him. Bojack is meant to be a very human character despite being a horse technically hes just a confused individual who hurts others and *beep* up when he tries to do the right thing. I don't think he can at this point really comprehend what a good friend he has in Mr peanut butter. Maybe he'll realize it in season 4.

Mr Peanut butter also didn't care about selfishly taking his agent away from his son - he has single focus, which offers all the attention and affection of a dog, but also the naiveté of a dog
