Alejandro goes into a room wherr a bad guy is being held, carrying a big water cooler refill jug. But the scene ends there. How did he use the jug to get information he wanted from the bad guy.

Or maybe just the threat of torture, which might have been enough to convince the bad guy to talk. Remember, he suddenly looked pretty terrified at Alejandro carrying the water jug.

You hear the sound of water and the guy yelling and moaning when they cut a shot to the air vent.
it's obvious Alejandro used water boarding.
