Seen the official cast list and no sign of Costas Mandylor. Are we to assume Hoffman died whilst locked in the bathroom ?

shareI'm pretty certain that Costas will be in Saw VIII, maybe not a huge role, but I'd be surprised if he wasn't in it. He might just be in flashbacks like Detective Matthews in Saw III. If you check out Costas' instagram he hints that he's coming back. He posted a photo saying he was getting back in shape and did #hoffman on the photo. This was 27 weeks ago, which is roughly 7 months ago and they filmed saw legacy in September I believe.
