This AV Club article made Kimmy's sexual episode with Dong seem like a bigger deal than it was. The author alleges Kimmy only was able to have sex with Dong because of the handcuffs on him. I think she's making a bit of a stretch.
I also thought Kimmy had sex with the British guy even though it was awkward.

I don't remember Kimmy ever having sex with Logan (her british ex). I'm pretty sure Dong was the only one.

It's not a stretch at all. Kimmy even said that the handcuffs made her feel more comfortable. She suffers from PTSD which is why she kept hitting Dong with the phone. She lived in fear of rape for a long time so she needed some power and control to feel safe sexually in order to go all the way with Dong. Hope that helps.
