The OP isn't asking who the reverend is already married to. He told Kimmy that he's engaged so he and Kimmy have to get a divorce, the OP was asking who we think he's engaged to.
OP, I don't think it will be an existing character, there's a possibility we won't ever see who he's getting married to.

Mass murderers/rapists/kidnappers/psychos in general attract hoards of adoring female fans, all of whom don't care what they did and end up being pen pals with them in prison. It usually leads to the psycho in question marrying one of them *or possibly more* You see it all the time. I'm assuming that the Reverend is simply marrying a 'fan', and that we'll probably never find out who it is at it's not really important in the grand scheme of things.
