WOW! Who knew...
I didn't know NYC had such a diverse population. After watching all of Seinfeld and some of Friends, I just assumed it was predominantly white, demographically speaking. π³π€ππ

shareIt seems you've just enlighten me as to why I never liked those two shows...

Anyone who has ever read any spoilers,
knows that Winter Is Coming
You're welcome. π
shareSo, uuh... would you say not liking a show for the ethnicity of the performers is racist?
shareYou mean to say that even though those shows have been off the air for years and years and years that you never realized that the lack of racial diversity was THE REASON you didn't like them until the poster before you wrote that? I mean, really? Can't wait until somebody on here writes something which will jog my brain also so I can finally realize why I don't like burning my hand for the last 50 years or so.

I'm surprised you didn't reference one of the (Better) jokes from Season 2: When Titus proposes to play a geisha that he was in a former life, Kimmy goes:
Well, if Aisha Tyler can play a white girl on "Friends", I guess so!
-Great reference to that show and its connotations, hahaha!
HA HA HA!!! I can't wait see it. I just refinish re-watched S1 to reacquaint myself with characters and laughed my ass off. While I haven't gone through the whole of S2, I DON'T concider this a spoiler and can't wait to see it. ξ―
shareIn case anyone is confused, this post needs to be read in the voice of Chandler.
shareHaha agreed, but what I really love is that race is discussed on this show in the context of NY because I think sometimes New York is overlooked when it comes to race problems because of it's proclaimed diversity and tolerance when the south has better race relations in a few respects. Just saying.
