At least this film tried to be really different and it was. I mean there are a lot of things going wrong here such as the excessive CGI, plot, and lack of character development, but at least it was starkly opposite of other Pan films. I would watch a sequel just to see what they would do with Pan and Hook's relationship, but this bombed pretty bad.
shareI don't like most fantasy films, I find them tedious. I really liked this Pan. I didn't like the Nirvana and the Ramones bits, and the climax was too much, but the rest was pure entertainment and spectacle. 7/10.
shareThe Nirvana bit was probably the worst part of the film. Some odd creative choices and way too much bad CGI, but overall I found it to be mostly entertaining.

shareI guess that part is similar. Here Peter can somewhat fly already, but doesn't understand how to do it so he needs training while in Hook he is an adult and is given three days to train or rediscover his powers. The films feel miles apart though imo.
