Masters of the Obvious?

I enjoyed the movie well enough, a little slow.

But seriously, the notion that slamming your head over and over and over being dangerous, was that really a revelation to someone?

I figured out when I was 8 years old that deliberately subjecting yourself to trauma was asinine.

How long did it take you?

How long would it have taken YOU to search the existing threads and learn that your "brilliant" post has already been posted? Not to mention that you have proven, like all the others, that you don't really know what the movie was about.

Never said Iwas posting anything brilliant. Someone being a moron doesn't make ME a genius, now do it. (sp)

Presumably the players should be protected by the helmet but we're realizing now that it's not enough.

There is a world of difference between speculation\assumption\probability and actual proof that cites empirical data drawn from multiple sources.

Bennet did the latter, that is why this is different, the NFL can still blow it off and spin their mythologies, but the evidence is there now, and that is not going away.

For your consideration; it was pretty obvious from the dawning of time that if an apple dropped from a tree it would hit the ground rather than floating off into space. That fact wasn’t particularly revolutionary until Newton provided the data that explains gravity and how it is relevant to universe.

So to your point, sure Newton was just a hack who stated the obvious.
