S2 Spoilers: What was "the box" really for?
I only call it that because of the episode name, but it does not make sense to me. I assume it's how Nobu resurrects, but why make a big deal about preparing it for someone else? Does it grant immortality? Cuz it sure isn't immune to decapitation. Why would The Hand be ready to use it on Elektra? Nobu left her as a lost cause once she fell on the rooftop. If it were meant for what it obliviously seems to be, why wouldn't he scoop her up and leave Matt to fight his ninja mob?
