Fisk will find out in season 3

A blind lawyer hits me a lot like that masked vigilante Daredevil. When he puts two and two together how will he go about taking Murdock down? If his role in season 3 is minor like season 2. Then the revelation will come slowly. (Correct me if I'm wrong but wasn't he already looking into Murdock at the end of season 2?)

Since Stick narrated the Defenders teaser. I'm willing to bet that Elektra and the Hand will be the villains for that. Well we know the hand will be involved but I don't see them continuing the Hand arc without including Elektra. Which means when we return to Daredevil, that will be taken care of and we can focus on the Kingpin's war on Matt Murdock and Daredevil, a two front assault on the mask and the man behind it. I think it's a safe assumption that Kingpin is back full time for Season 3.

Ezra: I don't fear you
Vader: Then you will die braver than most.

That's correct, so he's definitely going to put two and two together the next time he appears. And if he does come back full time for season 3, I imagine he's going to get to Murdock by hurting those he cares about first.

You want something corny? You got it!

And they already had files on Matt and Foggy. Remember that conversation Wesley had on the carphone at the end of "Into the Ring" when Wesley was asking what to do about Karen.

True though at that point (IIRC) it was more to have a pair of "clean" lawyers on the books if they needed them.

Reading my signature constitutes admission that I am correct. (Too late)

In his last scene in season 2, Fisk is shown asking for his file on Matt. So they've kept the file on hand.

Still think Wesley's background check skills are not that great. He has Karen sedated and threatens her with a loaded gun that he leaves on a table between them. While he keeps the pistol closer to him than to her, he focuses on her friends and family rather than the immediate risk of killing her. While he implies he knows everything about her past in both threatening her acquaintances and in how he offers her a job, he's completely oblivious to the fact she's been drinking so heavily recently, despite Foggy saying she smells like a distillery. Alcoholics are more resistant to sedatives, and Wesley's reliance on Karen's diminished state is what gets him killed. Also, if the viewer takes Karen saying "Do you really think this is the first time I've ever shot someone?" to mean that she's killed people in the past, it means that Wesley's background check skills are really lacking.
