The Runaways series done by Gossip girl show runners on hulu

This is going to suck. Just like Cloak And Dagger on Freeform. Why not spend more effort, energy, money and time on something that was actually good? Like a live action T.V. series of Silver Sable And The Wild Pack. That comic book was awesome. Or characters that were badass, such as, for example, Terror, Inc., who is one of the most unique, individual vigilantes in the Marvel Comics Multiverse. But no instead they want Joss Whedon's version of the Fallen Angels. (rolls eyes)

No network television restrictions means nothing if the material is teen bullcrap like a program on Channel 11.

The Runaways was a crap comic book for emotards. Joss Whedon's storytelling was formulaic and tired. It will be the same thing on Hulu.

This is too bad, because The Runaways was a fantastic book. I'm also worried about Cloak & Dagger. They are some of my favorite heroes and they described the show as a teen romance. That's not at all what the comic was.

Did you see Doctor Strange? Nikko Minoru's mother was in it. I wonder if her inclusion was an intentional setup for a connection to the show.

Hulu is such a strange choice. But I'm okay with it. I'm not as confident as I'd be with hbo or Netflix, but I'm way more confident than I'd be with ABC or the CW.
