The Punisher's diner speech

Gets lost in the mix too much. I understand why the cemetery scene gets brought up so much - it is better, but holy *beep* The way he talks to Karen about the only people that are closest to hurt you & how he would chop off his arm to feel that hate/love one more time. Part of me hates it, because I refuse to acknowledge that I love this lost person in my life, but it's so true. The people who won't leave your consciousness no matter how hard you try. You get angry, you get mad, you want to cause them pain back. Maybe you don't think that's love... a fictional murder convinced me. The only downfall is that I've lost that person forever, and as much as I fight it, I think I loved her.

However; I think it means the re-connection of Karen and Matt
scene was perfecto

I keep thinking that Castle's words must have had an impact on Karen, and that's why she was willing to meet with Matt at the former office space.

I mean, let me provide you with an example of a fanfic that highlights that Karen's mixed feelings about Matt would get more complicated by the reveal: http://archiveofourown.org/works/6624118

Consider that Karen was absolutely shattered after Frank killed the Blacksmith. Assuming she still believes Frank's relationship advice, Matt's confession might at first seem like a betrayal, but then she would dig into it and get to the truth.
