Why couldn't Matt see The Hand Ninjas?

I know it say's they're silent, and mask their heart beat, but Matt can see inanimate obejcts that don'r have heartbeats fine. He should hear sounds bounce off of them, just like anything else. It doesn't make sense to me.

Also, Nobu masked his heartbeat in Season 1, and Daredevil still found him, but he couldn't do that in Season 2 now?

His "radar" is pretty inconsistent with the comic. The show is obviously better than Affleck's Daredevil movie, but the movie did a better job of showing how he see's the world around him. It's not just improved hearing, it's a literal radar, along with improved other sense such as smell.
