He spends literally all his adolescent and early adulthood in some geeked up dimensional monastery, returns home barefooted and hippified, becomes a billionaire overnight and then, lo and behold, he is driving a spanking new Aston Martin (?).

Soooo, when and where did Danny learn to drive a car?

We're supposed to accept it. Or, I guess the lessons his dad gave him as a kid were just that good.

Besides, it's possible he was driving around the time he was John Anderson.

He said his dad taught him. Plent of fathers let their kids sit on their laps and steer.
