So, the times in the film, when references were made of Donkey's large penis, mostly by Donkey himself, it was only a mechanism for his eventual kill scene?

I'm thinking so.

Yes I think it was, I think in one scene Donkey said something along the lines of "I'd put it in my mouth if I could"
