What's that buzzing etc?

I have negative SPs for seconds only (I beat them off) but the one OBE (actually a positive one) with the buzzing happened while I was awake praying (not even intensively). With the buzzing sounds (like an old factory, or old car) and a vibration I was out of my body heading upwards, and in space I could see the earth shortly below me.

I wonder what that buzzing and vibrating means?

"revenge is a dish best served cold"

After watching this documentary, which barely touched on the spirituality side or science, I must say that I feel like this whole circumstance of sleep paralysis is highly connected with dark matter, multiple dimensions, spirituality, and piercing the veil, which religion is basically about.

It made me think about how darkness and creation are intrinsically connected.

From nothing/darkness come ideas, which later if enacted upon become inventions/reality/physical light matter.

I believe that falling asleep/dreaming allows us to recharge our spirit in such a way that pierces a veil, but doing so still connected to/aware of the physical body is like having a center point between the 3 worlds, world of light, world of reality, and world of darkness.

I have to further think about the language to express these ideas, but I believe there is something tangible here and sleep paralysis is that intangible that is just outside our realm of consciousness trying to force it's way into a section of reality that only our brains can pick up.

Like there is a dark ink all around us that lives in the complete nether/darkness and if we allow this ink to spill into our unconscious mind it tries to materialize, but as is anything invading it can feel like an attack, and so it takes on those "evil" attributes that can come from the darkness, because the darkness isn't necessarily bad, but it can take on evil/bad connotations when our flight or fight response projects it as so.

This is a very existential and philosophical question being posed with these night terrors/sleep paralysis.

And to connect this to your post, I believe that that buzzing is the veil being pierced.

Kind of like entering a new atmosphere, like when scuba diving and the sound of the ocean and etc. is amplified more than in the air.
