maybe i shouldn't have seen it

i was sleeping and staring at my closet (eyes open i presume), dusk light seemed to be getting into the room, however there was this shadow in the corner ... the more i looked at it, the more it looked humanoid, and it was! It was just standing there when it approached really fast to my face! It was scary, a faceless, featureless dark figure. I felt in panic and couldn't move.

Many times after this would happen, the dark figure wouldn't be in sight, but i was being stared at from another angle and couldn't move. It was truly terrifying.

For years i been telling about these dreams to my friends and now i came across this film. I was shocked to revisit the experience in it, i had NO IDEA there were more people experiencing the EXACT same thing, it was the strangest sense of realization ...

I watched the movie two nights ago, and two nights straight having sleep paralysis ... F#CK, over the years i got used to deal with forcing my self to move, but this wasn't happening so often lately

So strange. I used to suffer from sleep paralysis a lot, yet I never saw the shadow people or heard strange noises or anything like.

Can't stop the signal.

Shadow man happened once at least,i think these things are the result of intrusive thoughts, when these occur in dreams bizarre things can "happen"

I have experienced the shadow man from the corner of my eye. But mostly I've only had a buzzing sensation and a feeling of dread dread plus inability to breathe. I have had anonomoulous noises outside my room. Once heard someone fall down the stairs. That woke me up.

That falling down the stairs reminded me a time where i would hear a sound like large planks hitting each other and man it was LOUD. IT was more or less like when you trip falling asleep :) happened when head was reaaaaaaally tired
