A documentary with the production style of a found footage horror

I have been interested in the topic of SP for a while and when I heard about this film coming out I was excited. However all the ominous music and jump scares, plus the "maybe there IS something really there" conclusions it seems to draw left me disappointed.

Agreed. Got annoyed when I realized it was all stories and nothing scientific. Then the beliefs and conclusions they drew from their experience were obnoxious and mostly paranoia. The reenactments were annoying after a while. Felt like I was watching a bad ghost show.

Yeah it's pretty cheesy. I kind of feel like people shouldn't watch it. Half the people in the documentary seemed extremely disingenuous. It's kind of like listening to someone tell a *beep* story.

Then you have the footage of the shadow men, which will surely cause some people to have an episode. All because they watched a cheesy reenactment of sleep paralysis. Not worth it. You don't even learn anything.
