I have met some very crazy people with girlfriend, or insane coders with girlfriends. I also know some people without girlfriends and there are other reasons that makes us fail in this aspect. And the guys in the film look pretty decent both in looks and communication skills, they just had these experiences and maybe they don't discuss them much in real life so they can pass out as normal in daily life.
