"Like" and "You know"

If I had a dollar for every time they said "like" and "you know" in this movie, I also could make a documentary and have dudes on IMDB write comment on it! :-P

reply

Yeah, that'll happen.

Well, Mr. Verbal Nazi, that's what people actually talk LIKE, YOU KNOW.
Tell me how's that documentary going on, so I can make a word count of the most used words and make another documentary...

reply

You know, making a documentary is not easy. Like, a really tough job. So, you know, please go easy on people who are, like, trying to do something positive :)

reply

Yeah like haha you know, like... I don't know...like in can't figure it out, you know, like theese TWATS who talk LIKE this (:

reply

I came here to start this very same thread...

I like to think that most people would become aware and stop using 'like' so much if they heard themselves.

reply

I find it funny that people berated you for this post. Not sure you could get your documentary up and running either but you would make a hella of a lot of money on the $1 per like.

reply

It was unbearable. I only hope the guy hears himself and gets a 25cent per "Like" and "You know" jar setup for charity.

reply

The most unsettling aspect in this film was actually that guy talking. And to the other posters- no, it is not normal! Only if you're a millennial with extremely low vocabulary skills.
