Not 100% confirmed, just estimated, but given this thing crashed and burned before taking off it's a safe bet.
If you ain't seen it yet I'd probably just wait for the digital release, given the poor reception.

It has almost no leg, it is not even a big surprise if it is taken off from theatres before that date.
It was apparently meant for steaming all along but no deal was secured prior to release.
It will now be sold for cents on the dollar to the steaming sharks that last year declined the purchase due to price.
It is definitely in the running for the biggest box-office bomb of the year.
