I missed about the first 15 minutes of the movie so I'll watch on Peacock tomorrow. The close up scenes of the family on the field at the game were clearly done against a green screen.

Haha, that was my first thought, I guess maybe he just used magic to get it back to them? They were hinting there that he was the real Santa. If that's the case, we never find out who actually took it.
