But my opinion still remains that he committed suicide.
He was a junkie, very depressed, in lots of pain and hated his fame.
He just wanted to end it all.
The thought of suicide was always there in the back of his mind from a young age, he even attempted suicide in his teens and would have succeeded had the train not changed direction at the last minute. Those who have seen Montage of Heck know what i'm talking about.

It is highly unlikely that the SPD will open the case up, so lets just let him R.I.P and appreciate his legacy, his awesome music!

2 of Kurt's friends have come forward saying Montage of Heck is b.s. and that it contains lots of false info.

The good thing is that we don't go off of personal opinions but rather facts. And the fact is that it's impossible for Kurt to have killed himself in the manner the SPD claims. I'm not sure if you know this or not, but the SPD claims Kurt shot himself while sitting up which is physically impossible for a man of his height, not to mention the level of heroin was itself lethal.

Yeah but it's Kurt's actual voice talking about how he was on the wrong track. But he could have been lying or it may have been art, a short story he read out loud about a fictitious character.

He did tell his other friend Carrie Montgomery about the girl and he did apparently have stomach pain according to her (and according to Tracy) so I don't know how much of what Buzz said was accurate. Maybe Kurt just didn't tell him. He wouldn't tell him everything. Buzz was a hero of his.

Montage of Heck was made to counter Soaked in Bleach. You think they just both conveniently came out the same year? Montage of Heck was basically a preemptive strike.

They spent 8 years making a film to counteract a film that might not have seen the light? Ask Frances why she was involved. although if you really do think that's why MOH was made that means it was Tom Grant's fault. I'm pretty convinced he is the reason HTH was written and Everett True's book and why the diaries were released.

These people think you can make a documentary like Montage in a couple of months. Why they don't ask why was Soaked released a few months apart from Montage.

One of Kurt's earliest songs was "Seaside suicide". And then there is the suicide talk in his dlarles. And then later all the heroine. And then, worst of all, being married to Courtney...
I'm very sure suicide must have been on his mind for a long time...

The suicide stuff in his diaries cannot be held up as evidence because Courtney had complete access to it and hand-picked what was released. She also has a documented history of impersonating Kurt's handwriting. She was also accused as being the author of the "suicide note", after her attorney found a hand written "practice note for forgery" in her backpack.

If you read Everett True's book on Nirvana, you'll find a few interviews from his friends who talk about how he didn't enjoy performing live. You can see it yourself in some of the later video clips. Nirvana had pretty much broken up when he died.

I always used to think it was suicide too, but some of the key things are not true. That story about laying on the train tracks is not true. His closest friends and people who knew him his entire life say it is not true and he was not suicidal.

Its common not to know when a loved one is suicidal. Sometimes they might even be in denial. It's a shocking event and a lot of guilt and denial comes out of it. Did his friends say he was happy, positive and making plans for the future? Nope.
