I have always been curious about this:

Kurt Cobain's estimated date of death was the 5th of April. The body was found on the 8th of April. So, after 48-72 hours.

Wouldn’t there be a terrible smell? From all those interviewed regarding the discovery of the body (paramedic, police etc.) nobody seemed to mention the smell or to have minded. Furthermore, there are police photos of policemen in the greenhouse, just standing there as if there was nothing unpleasant.

Isn’t this unusual? Maybe the weather was cold and I also assume that there was no heating in the greenhouse. But 2-3 days is a long time for a dead body not to start to smell.

Interesting. Perhaps it was the coldness of the environment that kept it from smelling too bad and the fact that Kurt didn't have a lot of body fat on him too. I think the police report stated his body was in the early stages of putrefaction so I would have assumed there would be some kind of smell.
