The black water

Oh come on ... does every creepy show since "The X-Files" have to include the "black oil"?? So been there/done that!

reply

Hope there's an explanation for this soon. I think it's happened twice now.

reply

I know, it was cliched and overused. Black goo or blood coming out of the faucet is used way too much. Why not let it be green slime for a change lol!

reply

Green slime is so 90s Nickelodeon/goosebumps/Are you afraid of the dark.

I feel like it would probably be more creepy to just have actual water these days lol

Oh my god, unisex names killed my family.

reply

Lol, yes plain water would do the trick just fine.

Oh and you wanna talk about overused! What about the "unseen" entities that pick people up, pull them, shove them etc, not to mention the possessed always, always doing these back and neck breaking moves, just to be expelled and the human is not wheel chair bound after all of that! Oh and the stupid kids whispering voices to promote "scary" films, overdone and unnecessary! Sheesh! Please make it stop!

Everyone sees what you appear to be, few experience what you really are.

Yup! That scene gave me chills. I thought oh **** shes dead now. or again. But it also reminded me of Phantoms.

reply

Helen said the flood water was black like tar. Maybe it's the flood water.

reply
