First episode powerline sparks

Did anyone else notice the sparks coming from the powerline? Is it significant?

Was that near victor waiting in the bus stop? The electricity seems to always flutter around him.

Yep, we noticed it too. Just like the lights dim and/or go out when Camille and some of the others returned.
