Everyone is bringing up resurrection that happened approximately the same time as this show but seem to ignore that the 4400 tried (and horribly failed...though it got several seasons) 10 years earlier. Basically exactly the same show. If you pine for more seasons you can watch 4400 (but seriously, don't) and see how off the rails it goes. Same mystery kid idea, people appear out of nowhere, theyre very hungry, ultimately government conspiracy, super powers, blah blah blah.

shareIf you watched The 4400 and The Returned and even then you didn't realize the difference between the two series, it's not going to be me that will explain it to you,but the basic difference is that 4400 is a sci-fi show and The returned is more of a drama with supernatural elements.
