She so surprised me with that ditzy flake of a character, and then she shows a real human side, and has a killer voice on top of it ... lots of fun to watch and hear. She is a real talent.

Her line about "Alabama British people" is my favorite of the show

Enjoyed that line as well, it so depicted Jimmy's family to a T. Gretchen is one of my favorite characters from a show.
