I feel like this is a gag on community.

I caught a commercial for this while watching Battlebots and the entire time I was watching it I felt like I was watching an extension of the episode of Community this season where change became a viral commercial actor, only Chang got a TV series and it turned out to be a really tired sitcom from the 90s.
