Daughter - I'm confused.
There are 2 actresses who play Niki Trumbo - one of them was bland as hell, the other was categorically awesome. But, which was which?

shareI agree, she was really good in this and what's more is she had tremendous chemistry with Bryan Cranston. Their relationship truly felt like they were father and daughter.
It's not often that such a young actress gives such an all around solid performance, but I suppose having such a great cast around her helped elevate it.
Yes, that's her! Elle Fanning, the older Niki. I especially love the scenes where she argues with her father, very aggressively. Also, when Kirk Douglas suddenly shows up at their door - the look on her face! Always makes me smile, irrespective of how many times I've seen that scene. The younger was Madison Wolfe, who was terrible.
