Does anyone else find the notion of robot kids creepy?
So, those two kids who are robots appear to be living a normal life, eating breakfast, etc. But do robots grow up? Do they need to go to school?
It's worse here than in Spielberg's AI, where the kid starts as a kind of slave and then the "mother" decides to bond with him.
Even so, why would you want a robot kid that never grows up?
Think about that old movie Interview with the Vampire where Brad Pitt and Tom Cruise had a big fight about turning Kirsten Dunst into a vampire because she would stay a child forever.
