Every scene...just brilliant. I was blown away. This is probably one of his best roles EVER. He was let down by a lackluster supporting cast, but this movie is worth watching just to see Gere's amazing performance.

That's training.
He does the same role film after film with the same expressions and mannerisms

Wrong.

Totally different in Pretty Woman.

Totally different in Chicago.

Totally different in the Mothman Prophecies.

Yeah, he was exceptionally good in this.
