Until today i thought The Human Centipede was the sickest one, but honestly after watching Tusk i kind of changed my mind...i mean, it might be a little less sick and a little more bearable, but almost the same.

So he can't talk or move or breathe as normally and have to remain this way without being able to say how much pain or discomfort he's in?" no never. Ever. I would say it's juvenile yes. To think it's funny. But just a stoner idea? No
And I don't think it's as far as saying extremely clever but I do however find it sick and extremely out there as far as weird twisted thoughts being in someone's head.

Gaspar Noé - Irreversible
I would cite A Serbian Film though i havent watched it and unless im being held at gunpoint probably never will...
Human Centipede really didn't strike me as 'sick' as many said, though im a bit burned out on my horror/splatter-gore phase of movie watching.
Irreversible is awesome but definitely can call it sick.
A Serbian Film everyone seems to usedue to the baby porn and sick incest. The violence isn't much to sell though.
Human Centipede I didn't think was too sick. Actually a lot of the gross stuff was implied which made it a little less sick. HC2 however... is just... no...

this movie is kind of sick but The Human Centipede is more sickest but wait until you watch Srpski film and Martyrs that i dont recommend you to watch :)
shareI am not getting why people are thinking this is so sick. It was 99% funny, or intended to be. It really wasn't all that graphic or violent at all.If people were coming into this thinking it was a horror movie, they are wrong. Most of the movie seemed to drag and was very predictable but the pay off at the end was just about worth it. I mean (spoiler alert) his best friend and girl friend feed him a fish for sh*ts sake. With that music and the credits, I got a good chuckle. I would think most people would know what they were getting coming in to this.
shareit is disturbing and not recommended to people who like normal movies. In fact, i don't recommend anyone wanting to watch this movie unless they want to get their mind scarred. Plenty of horrible things in real life. Save yourself from this one.
shareTo me it was more shocking than The Human Centipede. The Human Centipede kinda foreshadowed what was gonna happen -- I was fully expecting it from the title alone. With Tusk my innocent little mind had no idea. My jaw dropped.
