Did anyone else notice the goof

When the TV crew drives to Becky,s house for the first time, two men are in the front seat of the car, the driver and the guy with the camera, and the two women are in the backseat with Vladimir. When they are getting ready to leave Becky's house, Kate is standing by the car at the same time that someone in the front seat closes the passenger side front door. With two people already in the front seat, that leads me to believe the seating arrangement will be the same on the way back to town, i.e., the only two people who weren't in the car during that shot were the two women. However, on their trip back to town, the camera guy in the front seat turns around to film the backseat and Kate isn't there; there are only 2 people in the backseat, the young blonde girl (Sarah) and Vladimir, and he is still sitting in the middle of the backseat. Kate's original backseat position by the window is vacant. Where is Kate sitting? You hear Kate say "watch it, Alex" when they are nearly side-swiped by a big truck, but where is she sitting in a car that only seats 5 people and we see that 2 of the 5 are in the backseat?
