b grade director
first 15 minutes of the movie were quite nauseating with all those jump cuts and shaky cameras.
why the fuck would you use them in a movie with serious message and historic quest??

That's just the way movies are made these days.
shareThis B-grade director made Apollo 13 and Rush, two films that I can't find a single demonstrable flaw in. I don't really hand out perfect 10s, but if I did, I'd probably have to give a 10 to those two movies.
Inferno may not be among his best--though I still had fun with it--but when Ron Howard is at his best, his films can stand next to those of any other director.
Ron Howard has always struck me as being Spielberg-lite.
