Do you think they have the B@lls for the ending
Do you think the producers/director/actors have the balls to include the real ending from the book ?
shareDo you think the producers/director/actors have the balls to include the real ending from the book ?

Let's just say that Robert Langdon fails to stop the "tragedy" that his mission is all about.

The bag opens in the water & the virus gets out worldwide.
I was so surprised that a major book like this had an unhappy ending.
But that they changed the ending in the movie is an absolute atrocity ....
I doubt it, way to preachy for a mainstream film
shareI hope so. Population control is definitely something that is worth having a conversation about. I hope that it strikes up a conversation in common conversation like The Day After Tomorrow did for global warming. The stories might be a bit farfetched, but if it starts the conversation, it'd be interesting.
shareOverpopulation is a huge deal. We are seeing the effects in a big way now. Global warming can suck it. yes it is a real thing but the critical effects of global warming are centuries off, hell, maybe millennia off. If things continue the way they are we will see critical effects of overpopulation in our lifetime.
shareChanging the ending ruins the entire premise. But they changed Angels and Demons so who knows.
shareI'm guessing no, since they changed angels and demons, which to me was much less controversial than inferno's. I'm interested to see what they do with it.
shareI dunno. It was ballsy in terms of impact but it renders the story rather pointless which is my big issue with Inferno. At the end of the day, the whole set of events are rather pointless.
shareSorry for pushing it up, but now that the movie is finally released, were you surprised they didnt had the ba||s to keep the ending ?
