the bomb should have been planted in your house, while you watched your parents and kids cough to death... ;p
when i see idiots wishing death for others, i imagine how it would feel if the same were to happen to them. would they still cheer for death?
You are blood thirsty moron who does not even know how to spell one of the largest cities on the planet.
shareWell, I'll answer how I feel, in two parts.
Part 1, I can't condone killing innocent people.
But, Part 2, there's no denying we do have a population that is out of control and while deliberately killing a bunch of us is not the moral, ethical answer, there IS a problem. We really are out of control on this planet and are ruining it and its resources not just for our species but for all other species too.
I don't know the answer to that - maybe imposing one childbirth or two per reproductive person, I don't know, but anyone who wants to deny there's a serious conundrum is too easily offended by reality.
Require a license in order to have children, the license being based on having demonstrated the financial, educational and emotional assists to raise a child. Period.
The population will plummet in one generation.
That's not a bad idea! Similar in a way to having to qualify for a mortgage or getting into university. Has to demonstrated that you meet the criteria - same could be applied to having a child. There would be universal outrage of course, but these criteria seem reasonable to me!
shareThank you. Look, people wanting to adopt a child have to show certain capabilities. Those who procreate should have to meet the same standards. Imagine how much more congenial and coherent society would be if it were populated by people who’d been given a reasonable start in life. How much violence stems from having been born into a rotten home? Think about it: people with intelligence and education, and probably money, know how to control the size of their family. People in deprived households often don’t, or don’t care, or WANT MORE kids to get more welfare. It becomes a vicious cycle, as the deprived population keeps expanding and the established population remains essentially the same size for generations. At some point, there’s going to be a disaster. It’s a perfectly obvious consequence. I see it clearly.
shareTotally. And as you point out, people trying to adopt have to meet requirements that those who conceive biological children never have to meet - perhaps it's time they were required to also. Society is already going to hell in a hand basket with multiple issues arising from bad upbringing.
