I don't get it.
Watched about 2 episodes of this show. Just couldn't get into it. What is it that people find so riveting about this show? I was told it was the cinematographer's use of wide angle lenses, but that isn't selling it for me.

shareI'm assuming you started at the beginning with Season 1. It does go a bit slow up until the last few episodes of Season 2, & Season 3 is where it really starts picking up.
shareGreat acting, writing, dialog. It's a bit slow paced, but Mike and Gus add a little tension.
Be patient, it's worth it.
It's not nearly as fast-paced as Breaking Bad, but it gets better.
shareWhich 2 episodes did you watch? You kinda need to watch Breaking Bad to really appreciate BCS. Have you seen Breaking Bad?
BCS is a spin off/prequel based on Jimmy McGill (aka Saul Goodman), the crooked lawyer from BB.
I thought it was an excellent series and one of the best crime dramas ever. I can't imagine anyone not liking this if they liked Breaking Bad. You might have a hard time getting into the characters if you haven't seen BB. But the rivalry/relationship between Jimmy and his brother Chuck, who is also a lawyer, is perhaps the best part of the show. If you didn't watch any of the episodes with the brother, then you might find it less interesting.
But overall, it's just a really good story and has some pretty good acting too. The dialogue is top-notch as well and most importantly, it's quite original, you don't see very many shows based on crooked lawyers. I can recall a few movies featuring crooked lawyers but not any solely based on one, nor TV shows.
It's just a fun show to watch but as always, opinions vary. It may not be for everyone.
