I bet a big percentage of people who watched Breaking Bad guessed *exactly* who the vet was going to connect Jimmy with. :D

It's so weird that if you want to hire a pickpocket, you go ask a veterinarian.
I hope we see the goldfish in a nice big tank with a bubbler in a later episode.
I think it would show that Jimmy did have a heart.
